Benchmark calculation of four CFD codes on the example of an axial pump

The aim of this research project lies in the identification of the pros and cons of four different CFD codes. This comparison is based on the analysis of the flow in an axial pump and covers the following aspects of a CFD code: accuracy, convergence, memory requirements, boundary conditions, initial period, import of data, turbulence models, support, post processing, documentation, user interface.
