CORONET: Corporate Software Engineering Knowledge Networks for Improved Training of the Work Force

The project deals with development and implementation of a new training approach, which is essentially based on learning in corporate knowledge network environments, collaborative work with human experts as part of the training sessions, and visualisation of courseware contents and learning profiles. The project aims to develop and implement a new hypermedia learning environment to support the approach and to improve hypermedia courseware production through reuse of existing knowledge packages on software engineering methods and techniques. Finally, the training approach and the training environment is supposed to be validated in industrial environments.
