The DigiGo project supports employees in acquiring digital skills who work in areas particularly affected by the digital transformation. The goal of the first part of the project (phase 1) is to create a concept that describes how employees can be supported in acquiring digital competencies in a self-regulated and autonomous manner. The DigComp 2.2 AT model is used as a framework for competence development. The creation of this concept includes a requirements analysis and several workshops with a group of employees. Employees in machine production, office management and customer service are addressed as the target group for the project. The concept serves as the basis for the subsequent development of a personalised learning application.
