The 'erfinderin'-project is a national training project coordinated by Graz University of Technology. project has been submitted and granted following the first call 'FEMtech-Karrierewege' of The Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG).It aims in supporting young female scientists in order to overcome the still existing discrepancy between a high women's quota in academic studies and a very marginal women's quota in leading positions in industries. Furthermore the 'erfinderin'-project provides the young women a platform for networking and additional training of gender specific soft skills in order to prove themselves in men-dominated positions in industries.
