ESD PROMEMO - ESD-Schutzstrukturentwurf und Prototyping, Messung und Modellierung

The goal of the Porjekt is to create and verify models of ESD protection structures, TVS devices, useful for USB 3.2/ USB 4 or THunderbolt 3. The motivatio for the project is to ease the design in of ESD protection sturctures into final application designs of Electronic Based Systems using simulation.
