Description
The system traffic consists of the elements driver vehicle and environment. Whereas modelling and simulation of vehicle and environment is largely covered by the institute's activities, the human control of the vehicle is a challenge. In order to model this, experimental investigation of the human cognition and reaction in a driving simulator is a valuable tool. The present projects deals with the development of a driving simulator without a motion platform in the first stage.
