Future Power Systems for Space Exploration

Establish an inventory of innovative non-nuclear power technologies that enhances Europe¿ s industrial capabilities within human Mars exploration scenarios. This includes: 1) Methodical search of databases on patents, reports and proposals of worldwide innovative ideas; 2) Access academia for intelligent, innovative alternatives from space and non-space domains; 3) Provide results to DERA in a form suitable for technology shortlisting and assist DERA in trade-offs of innovative technologies identified.
