FWF - CellStor - Carbons from all-cellulose composites for energy storage

Project: Research project

Project Details

Description

The concept of Cellstor is to prepare all-cellulose composites that consist of cellulosic materials having different sizes and shapes, to convert these into activated carbons, and to assemble these materials into electrochemical energy storage devices (supercapacitors and hybrid capacitors).
