Description
In the "HOT" project, the suitability and performance of wood as a building material is to be worked out and presented within the framework of suitable concepts for the addition of storeys and the conversion of roof space. With the developed construction variants, it should be possible to react to the different roof typologies of the existing building stock in technical and economic terms. In combination with wood and other sustainable building materials, not only an energy-saving, functional and cost-efficient use of the living space should be made possible, but also a contribution to CO2 sequestration.
