Project: Research project

Project Details

Description

The INTEREGG IV Project was established as basis for a trans-border, intermodal traffic information. A part of the project was handled by the ISV (TU Graz). The main task was to develop a prototype of an end client platform for trans-border intermodal journey information for Salzburg and Tyrol. The Development of a model for leisure traffic with short and intermediate-term prognoses of traffic state was the goal. As result an executable prototype (Online-Demonstrator) was developed, which showed prognoses as a test-system for the traffic agency Bayern GmbH (VIB) and for the state Salzburg and Tyrol, based on traffic state (Level of Service LOS).
