Description

Replacement of the control unit of a wavelength dispersive spectrometer WDX-2A by a modern PC -based control system. The software, written in Pascal, should allow an easy and optimal adaptation of the measurement programmes to changing needs. Applications: concentration profiles, quantitative analysis of light elements, trace element analysis, relationship peak-shape and chemical bonding.
