Project Details
Description
Despite ongoing digitization, studies show that productivity in the construction industry has stagnated since the 1970s, or even show negative developments. This means that building requires more resources and thus more costs than necessary. In this context, lean management methods are often proposed as a solution. The present project is intended to discuss the extent to which the economic success of companies in the construction industry can be influenced by the implementation of lean methods.
