Project Details
Description
Various cooling components resp. geometries were numerically simulated.
In a first step, the resulting losses were calculated. Based on those results - which were validated with experimental results conducted in
2014 - transient heat transfer simulations were made. All the results were summarized in a guideline for a proper cooling element design.
Furthermore, an efficient procedure for a fast and reliable post-processing of numerical results was generated.
