Many industrial processes run fully or semi-automatic requiring human interventions mainly for maintenance, fault recovery, check-ups, handling of consumables, etc. Alternative, economically viable and safe approaches for humans to intervene in safety critical areas shall be studied at the example of a Baling Line used to automatically package pulp bales in pulp mills.
