Description
In the emerging technologies based around organic electronics, the use of highly oriented organic films is crucial for the utilisation of the anisotropic optical and electrical properties. A simple method to obtain oriented films is the use of alignment layers based on polyimide, which are the standard alignment layers in liquid crystalline displays.
