PSDSA Power Semiconductor Devices - Power Semiconductor Devices in Known and New System Architectures

Project: Research project

Project Details

Description

The Post-Doc position created at the University will focus on the exploitation of the benefits of advanced power semiconductor devices in known and new system architectures. The scope of work will comprise modeling of the device behavior, virtual prototyping of its circuit environment and experimental validation through hardware in selected cases. Different device concepts in a given system topology are to be benchmarked and different system architectures compared in terms of performance, ease-of-use and cost.
