In the production of aluminum plates, due to non-identified influencing parameters, rejects are caused by non-metallic inclusions in the material. The aim of this project is to create tools for identifying prototype relevant influencing parameters for this committee. The prototype to be created should include data analytics (forecasting model) and visual analytics functions for this purpose. • To achieve the overall objective of reducing the US committee, based on a Data evaluation of existing process and quality data, a suitable classification and a predictive model are created. This predictive model is then used to predict the relationship between defined production parameters and to create product quality. In a Visual Analytics application, the various parameters of the production process are meaningfully presented to the end user.
