Description
A model to optimize the utilisation of space with minimum environmental pollution will be elaborated. The model covers the simulation of travel demand, the resulting emissions and the corresponding air quality impacts and an algorithm for optimisation. As a result a user friendly tool for local area planning will be available, which makes the reduction of energy consumption and pollutant emissions the highest priority.
