Description
As part of the planned reconstruction of the existing small hydropower plant "Rotes Tor" on the Frutz, the weir system with the subsequent desander is to be renewed in such a way that the existing water intake, which is currently designed for a water volume of 2.15 m³/s, can draw in 5m³/s in the future. The Frutz has a very dynamic flow behaviour in this section of the watercourse and the amount of bedload is considerable.
