Description
This proposal focuses on a mechanically based design concept for non-reinforced concrete members with special regard to mass concrete and in accordance with the safety philosophy of the Eurocodes. The data base is created with 3D-computer simulations based on the finite element method, whereas the verification of the calculation model is carried out with reliable results of former monitoring pro-grams of several mass concrete structures
