Description
The FEMtech career path project WOMAN aims to make it easier for at least 20 female students with a technical background from southern Austria to enter the world of work by providing them with a sound technical qualification as well as intensive support and personal development and enabling them to gain important additional qualifications.
The path that the 20+ female students will take as part of this qualification programme will lead them through the application and matching process in advance, via a welcome and kick-off event, right into their first practical experience in R&D-intensive companies and the diverse programme of additional qualifications, which goes far beyond that of a conventional training programme as part of a degree course. Internships, intensive support services over the entire duration of the programme, an informative personality profile analysis, a tailor-made mentoring programme Mentoring for success-oriented female engineers from the technology-oriented universities in the south of Austria, networking, coaching, lectures, seminars, workshops and fireside chats form a wide range of qualification offers to impart relevant key qualifications, which will offer real added value for the students.
