Abstract

The need for technological devices to interact with one another is growing in today’s technology. Electronics are becoming more and more popular because of the rise in automated control systems. Since more data must be transferred faster, more cables are required. This, in turn, increases the quantity of data that needs to be sent. We want to build a communications system that uses the current dc distribution grid to convey all its data in order to demonstrate this issue. The number of wires required will be reduced due to this method. Advantages and limitations together with characteristics of noises, modulations and standards of the PLC will be discussed
