Abstract
The scientific network »Sociology of Sociological Knowledge« has been funded by the DFG since January 2017 for a period of three years. Within the network, sociological perspectives on sociology are to be discussed, expanded and anchored in academic discourse through joint discussions and publications. The contribution takes the form of a discussion among the network members of where the particular added value lies in applying the instruments of sociology to sociology itself.
