Abstract
Eddy currents are computed by iteratively solving for scalar potentials describing the magnetic and electric fields. The necessary vector potentials in the conducting domain are constructed in a cheap way from the fields obtained in the previous iteration. Convergence without relaxation is achieved for low frequencies, while for higher frequencies, under-relaxation is used.
