Abstract
For the mathematical transformation of differential X-ray intensities into differentialiight intensities, a spectral valuation function gtheorM nas been described. An ex-tensive program of measurements in the interval from 20... 65 kV was computed. Forthis interval it could be shown, that this function is proved by the measurements, ifintensifying screens with thin layers without light reflecting backgrounds had beenused. Therefore this function can be used for the evaluation of the transformation of X-raysinto light, if the thickness of the layer of the intensifying screen and its chemicalcomponents are known. With this results it is possible to consider the effects of the intensifying screens withthin layers if a digital Simulation of the generation of an X-ray picture is made. Therewith the calculation of equivalent exposure conditions for X-ray generators withdifferent shapes of voltage can be made even if intensifying screens are used.
