Abstract
The study evaluated a simple questionnaire to adherence inhaled therapy (QUIT) in patients with bronchial asthma. There was a significant correlation between the number of with "Never" answered questions and treatment adherence. The comparison standard for treatment adherence was a joint assessment of pulmonologists and the practice team. A high treatment adherence is also connected to a better status of control of bronchial asthma. The questionnaire is therefore a useful tool in the management of chronically ill patients with asthma, as under disease management programs.
