Essential Trace Elements Cr, Cu, Mo, Ni, Se and Zn

In this study for the first time the trace elements Cr, Cu, Mo, Ni, Se and Zn in Austrian foods have been correlated with the soil in which they had been produced. Furthermore the supply of the population with these essential trace elements from localy produced foods was estimated.
