The survey is about Web 2.0 software and Web 2.0 technologies within companies. Objectives are to discover the potential for Web 2.0 software and technologies in complex organizations. The thesis is based on a current state analysis of the company's KM software and usage. The development and modification of software systems are based on user's and company's needs. The main part is the observation of the development and implementation phase of new software. The output can be a framework for a successful Web 2.0-Implementation in companies.
