Abstract
Measurements with two measurement methods for wide-band mm-wave RFID channel characterization in a frequency range between 50 and 70 GHz are presented. The first
measurement method is based on a vector network analyzer, while the second method utilizes a frequency multiplier and a harmonic mixer. In this paper, we discuss the advantages and
disadvantages of both methods and present a brief analyzing of the conducted measurements.
