Abstract
The synthesis of various porphyrinato group 14 derivatives is known from literature.[1] Such compounds are of interest due to their highly interesting electronical behavior. In case of trans-bis(phenylacetylido)(meso-tetra-phenylporphyrinato)E(IV) only the silicon derivative was known from literature so far.[2]
Here we describe the synthesis of a series of trans-bis(arylacetylido)(meso-tetra-phenylporphyrinato) group 14 derivatives and demonstrate selected properties.
