Description
In Austria as well as in France research on fractal sets with special emphasis on fractals related to various kinds of numeration as a long tradition. The aim of this project is to bundle the forces existing in both countries and to exploit the synergies. In partilcular the project covers various topics such as: Arithmetics, Dynamics and Expansions. Topological Properties of fractals. Raucy fractals and substitutions. Fractals with a view towards applications.
