Grüne Zentren - Data-based analysis of climate change impacts in the Styrian Central Region and Guideline on municipal options for green-blue infrastructure

Green Centres is a data-based analysis of the effects of climate change in the Styrian Central Region. Relevant data available for the region is to be identified and bundled in a targeted manner in order to determine climate-relevant parameters and (sub-)regional impacts (e.g. sealing, precipitation - heavy rainfall/flooding, temperature - heat/drought). The first step is to analyse the entire region on a large scale. Based on the interim results of the large-scale analysis and in line with the availability of data with the appropriate resolution, a detailed analysis of three to five sub-areas/municipalities in the central region follows, which can be used as examples to illustrate different climate change impacts.
