An efficient equipment is available for the static, dynamic and thermal geometry analysis of CNC machines. That permits acceptance testing of a CNC-Machine tools according to the complete standard ISO 230-1, -2, -3 and -4. In addition to this acceptance testing offered as service, the investigation activities focus on the development of new methods of measurement and devices. With the patented UNITEST, the complete static and dynamic machine measurement is for the first time possible with a single device. WIRE-LINE is a redeveloped opto-electronic device for the straightness measurement, and DOLLI2 is a practical mechanical straightness measuring device.
