Description

In the high temperature technology Ni-based-alloys play a leading role. Their microstuctures are mainly accountable for the properties of these alloys. The knowledge of the microstructures is of special value. By means of AEM (EFTEM, PEELS, EDX) these structures are to be investigated in view of gamma-, matrix and grain boundaries precipitates.
