Project Details
Description
Data-driven mobility analysis is becoming increasingly important for future-oriented, demand-driven and sustainable transport planning, as they are essential for a better understanding of traffic behaviour. They also allow for better small-scale spatial, urban and transport planning. FLoating phone data will be annotated by detailed GPS trajectories in order to obtain information on the trip purpose and mode choice. Once the project has been successfully completed, the methodology should also be transferable to other city districts.
