In a brownfield analysis for the company, improvements for the production of the eVSP („elektrischen Voith Schneider Propeller“) should be located. Based on the data a material flow optimized factory layout plan have to be created furthermore the working process need to be improved and optimized. In the first step the existing production line gets analyzed, and all relevant data should be recorded and collected. These data must be prepared and structured for the further use. Now improvements and optimizations can be found with these data and solutions can be created. Especially the waste management and the storage of mounting devices should be considered as well. Finally all findings and suggested solutions will be handed over the company.
