Smart Turnouts - Condition Monitoring of Turnouts using sensor data

The turnouts are equipped with measurement sensors whose measurement data is to be analysed with regard to turnout performance. Depending on the operator, measurement wagon data, load data and maintenance data are also available as additional information. The aim is to indicate the component deterioration of the frog, half-tongue device, ballast and, if applicable, the fastening elements.
