Synthesis of ecological compatible processes

In Co-operation with the Hungarian Academy of Science a software too, is developed that designs networks of processes using combinatorial rules within a branch and bound algorithm. Especially use-oriented optimization of total process-networks or regions was stressed. The ecological constraints were taken from the concept of the Sustainable Process Index (http://vt.tu-graz.ac.at/spi/). Moreover the program offers economic data of the solution structures as well. The software shall support the co-operation between companies (industrial parks, industrial ecology, Cluster) and regions in their ecological management of industrial estates by checking at the same time the economic Trade-offs.
