Ultra- and cryo-ultramicrotomy and semithin section of biological materials, polymers, metallic samples, paper, films and fibres to study the morphology of the samples by light and electron microscopy and analytical investigation. Negative staining technique of biological materials, development of new staining methods of polymers, critical point drying of biological samples.
