Abstract

This evaluation study presents the ex-post evaluation on the implementation of cross-cutting issues in Horizon 2020. Cross-cutting issues is a set of overarching priorities cutting across Horizon 2020 Framework Programme. The evaluation of the cross-cutting issues in Horizon 2020 provides a comprehensive, final assessment of the state of play, relevance, efficiency, and effectiveness of cross-cutting issues during the full programme period. The study findings contribute to the European Commission's final evaluation of Horizon 2020, the European Framework Programme for Research and Innovation.
