Description
Cameras and computer vision algorithms play a major role for many drone applications, ranging from image analysis of data acquired by drones to on-board flight control and navigation.
In this talk I will discuss algorithms for smart camera drones, in particular computer vision algorithms for onboard and off-board navigation and 3D mapping. As an application scenario I will discuss the use of camera drones for search & rescue tasks.
