Project Details
Description
The HyDrides project is dedicated to advance the field metal hydride (MH) materials and their applications with a multifaceted approach. The main objectives include identifying and characterizing existing and novel MH materials for specific applications and exploring synergies between MH hydrogen storage and industrial processes like waste heat utilization. A laboratory infrastructure for material analysis and system testing will be set up and different scenarios for MH application will be tested. Additionally, the project aims to develop innovative thermal management concepts for efficient hydrogen extraction, considering scalability and serial production.
