Teaching Perspective: Art as fundamental research and basic research within the art system. Research and practice within the aesthetic field. Conveying knowledge and skills to articulate an artistic grammar and language of forms. Teaching Aim: Gaining of artistic competences and experiences regarding material, machines and media, focusing on contemporary techniques, such as video, digital video and image processing, CAD and Internet. Conceptual thought as pre-condition of artistic production. Teaching Method: Examples of current national and international artistic production are presented and analyzed. Workshops held by artists allow a discussion of their ideas and working methods.
